Modified spray schedule for above 8000ft orchards
After 15 years of farming at 8200ft in Kinnaur, I've developed a modified spray schedule that accounts for the 2-week delay in phenology. The standard HP schedule always felt too early for us. Here's what I follow: Silver tip spray delayed by 14 days, Green tip by 10 days, Pink bud by 7 days. By petal fall we're almost in sync with the standard schedule.
