Sunburn

Sunburn appears as yellow, brown, or necrotic patches on fruit exposed to direct sunlight. Common during heat waves and when fruit lacks adequate leaf cover.

White Rot

White Rot causes soft, watery decay of apple fruit. The interior becomes creamy white and mushy. More severe in hot, humid conditions.

Woolly Apple Aphid

Woolly Apple Aphid forms white cottony colonies on branches, trunk, and roots. They suck sap from bark, causing galls and weakening the tree. Ants protect them from predators.
